Customer Experience services include all services relating to the check-in of passengers and baggage, the verification of official documents, as well as the boarding and arrival of passengers.

To work on Customer Experience services, you must be bilingual (French / English), have good communication skills, a sense of responsibility and keen rigor, an excellent team spirit and be motivated by challenges!

Ursula has been part of our team since 2012. She enjoys her work... and it shows! Some passengers have recently praised her excellent service and remarkable hospitality.

“I welcome all passengers with great pleasure. I always have a smile to see everyone and I love to see the smile of my customers when they come to see me at my counter. Many are traveling with us again and I am happy to see and hear that their first trip started well with my welcome. Seeing a family traveling with newborn babies come back to see me at my counter with their older children fills me with happiness. My great strength is also to make everyone around me happy and that's what I wish my customers: a joyful trip without stress.

 

I am surrounded by a great team in an environment that welcomes many people from different backgrounds. Several students have even worked part-time during my career  and I am always happy to see them again. All the encounters I have with a person in a day stay with me and I never forget it. There is never a day like this which brightens my day.

 

I learn a lot every day and make good friends. I still want to continue doing what I love for a long time”.
