In 2008, Julie started as a Customer Experience Agent. She later worked as an FBO agent in 2009, then obtained a promotion as Customer Experience Supervisor in 2013. Since 2014, she has held the position of Customer Experience Manager at TSAS and Avjet FBO in Quebec.
